    RETURN POLICY

    Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@outsiderskitchen.com.  Please provide a photo and description of the issue, and we will do our best to help!


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    To cancel or change your order, please call us at 845-688-1032 or email customerservice@outsiderskitchen.com immediately.  We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note it may not be possible due to the speed at which orders are sent to our warehousing partner for fulfillment. 

    WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

    We fully understand mistakes happen and how frustrating they can be!  To avoid order delays or additional shipping costs, please carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order.  Contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you realize there is a problem with your address so we can attempt to fix it before your order ships out.  We must ship an order placed to the exact address as requested by the purchaser. 

    If you have made an error in entering your shipping address and your order has shipped, there are two options: 

    1.  You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order once it has been returned to sender; we will issue an additional invoice for the shipping cost and will reship the order once it is paid. 

    2.  We can refund your order, less our original cost of shipping. 

    Even if a free shipping code was utilized for your order, you will still be responsible for the shipping cost in either scenario.  Thanks for working with us to ensure your order arrives to the correct address the first time around!
