Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, typically by the next business day. Please note, during times of high volume sales, discounts or promotions, or unexpected inventory changes, orders may take additional days to process. If you have an order that is time sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that we can meet your deadline.
We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to incorrect shipping information; please double check all shipping information provided to ensure there are no typos or inaccuracies to avoid an undeliverable instance.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has reached one of our shipping partners. Once shipped, any order delays are unfortunately out of our control.
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier. If you have a specific carrier request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Often, our packages are shipped UPS SurePost. UPS makes the shipment pick-up, final delivery is often provided by the U.S. Postal Service. Please provide your mailing address. While UPS SurePost offers a consistent delivery experience, it is not a guaranteed day definite service.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the order’s entered address. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address including tracking information and date of delivery for the customer to investigate.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not ship internationally.
